Department of Public Works Utilities Waldorf Regional Facility

The Board of Commissioners of Charles County are soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide architectural, engineering, and site development design services for the new Department of Public Works (DPW) Utilities Waldorf Regional Facility. The primary purpose of this solicitation is to prepare contract drawings and specifications and to obtain all applicable permits for the site development and construction of a new Utilities facility. The land area for this project is 10 acres. The site will consist of a facility with a square footage of approximately 63,000 sf along with several on-site improvements.
