The contractor is responsible for purchasing and delivery of the units to the Bonnet Carre Spillway's project maintenance yard (16302 River Rd., Norco, LA). Furnish the number of tractor towed Rotary Cutters (Mowers) indicated in the bid schedule. Mowers shall have 15 foot total cutting width with two flexible wings.
