The Work, includes, but is not limited to full demolition and reconstruction of the existing gravel parking lot (Yellow Parking Lot, located at 860 Marion St NE, Salem OR 97301) to an improved paved parking lot. The improvements include new landscaping, lighting, relocated pay stations, upgraded electrical system, Electric Vehicle charging, signage, striping, and a new storm system.
