(WIN) Replace approximately 50,000 square feet of roofing on all roof elevations of the Winship building, with the exception of the sky light roof area, using a two-ply modified bitumen roofing system backed by a 25 -year manufacturer’s warranty. Modify all MEP (Mechanical,Electrical,and Plumbing) disciplines as indicated in the sealed construction documents and perform structural roof deck repairs as required.
