Qualified MBA Consulting Projects

Purpose: The qualified vendor will propose a comprehensive plan to identify, qualify, and manage live MBA consulting projects in support of the University’s Capstone MBA course, MGT 5313. The live MBA projects will be managed by a team of MBA students who will conduct an accelerated, 7.2-week strategic analysis project, meeting the project goals and objectives proposed by the project client (sponsor), and guided by a mutually defined project plan.
