Dear NIST Contractors, The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is transitioning to the Business Application Solution (BAS), which involves migrating our acquisition and financial systems, including the move to the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). To facilitate the transfer of financial data, there will be a temporary blackout period for invoice submissions.
