Request for Qualifications for Architects, Structural Engineers, and Surveyors for Construction

The City of Newnan has been awarded $4.6 million through a Congressionally Directed Spending allocation in the FY2023 Federal Budget. The Newnan City Council has authorized the Newnan Urban Redevelopment Agency (NURA) to serve as the administrator of these funds. The program includes two primary activities: the rehabilitation of owner-occupied housing units and the construction of new homes on City-owned lots. These new homes will be sold to low-, moderate-, and middle-income families whose household income is at or below 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Coweta County.
