The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Agreement with FDVA for the Chester Sims State Veterans’ Nursing Home located at 4419 Tram Rd, Panama City, Fl. 32404 (Bay County).The successful Contractor shal provide labor, services, equipment, tools,materials, and supplies required in the performance of the Agreement.
