Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for Evaluation Services

County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health is issuing a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) to solicit statement of qualifications for a master agreement with qualified contractors for the provision of Evaluation Services. Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) are accepted on a continuous basis and considered for review at the convenience of the County.
