Real Property Insurance Services (RPIS)

The County of Los Angeles (County) Treasurer and Tax Collector (TTC) Public Administrator (PA) is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for the provision of Real Property Insurance Services. TTC intends to establish a Master List (List) of qualified insurance brokers of property-casualty insurance products to provide liability, casualty, fire, and related insurance coverages for real properties and/or contents of real properties managed by the PA.
