How to bid on Statewide Surveyor Services for the PA Game Commission
What the agency is buying
The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is seeking qualified professional land surveying firms to provide services on an as-needed basis across Pennsylvania. The PGC manages over 1.5 million acres of state game lands. This work will support and supplement the PGC Survey Staff for new land acquisitions and retracing existing boundaries.
Selected consultants will act as an extension of the PGC’s internal team. For each specific project, the PGC may issue a request for quote (RFQ) to qualified firms.

A Professional Selections Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM. This meeting can be joined online, and a phone conference ID is provided for audio access.

Carefully review all project documents downloaded from Trimble Unity Construct. Pay close attention to any specific requirements for qualifications, experience, or proposed methodologies.
