What Stanislaus County is buying
Stanislaus County seeks a provider to schedule and facilitate Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings for children and youth in child welfare or probation systems. Meetings bring together the child’s family and other people the family identifies as supportive to discuss the child’s needs and strengths and develop a Case Plan.
Meetings are generally required at least every six months, and every 90 days for some youth in intensive services. The County averages about one meeting every three months. The contract is intended to support staffing and delivery of the required work.
