The Improvements under this Contract consist of milling and resurfacing, curb and gutter, sidewalk, signal improvements, signing and pavement markings, and ITS at the intersection of SR 436 and University Blvd/Scarlet Road (Mile Post 10.088 to Mile Post 10.188), approximately 0.100 miles in Orange County.
