The City of Cedar Park, Texas (the City) invites proposals from qualified stop-loss insurance and managing general underwriters for specific and aggregate stop-loss coverage supporting the City’s self-funded medical and prescription drug plan. The requested effective date is January 1, 2027.This solicitation is for stop-loss insurance only. Medical third-party administration, provider network, pharmacy benefit management, wellness, and other medical administration services are outside scope except where information is needed to coordinate underwriting, implementation, claim submission, and reimbursement.
