NCC WTP Operations and Maintenance

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified Offerors to conduct site- wide operations and maintenance at the North Clear Creek Water Treatment Plant. The Offeror shall implement site wide operations and maintenance activities across the entire site including reclaimed features, existing in-tunnel water treatment systems, and planned external passive systems. In addition to day-to-day operation of the facility, the Offeror shall assist with procurement and implementation of the listed projects prior to the O&M transition.
