Deliver, Install, Decorate, Maintain & Remove Outdoor White Holiday Lights

SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Yonkers (the “City”) is seeking a vendor to deliver, install, decorate, maintain and remove white holiday lights at City Hall. Delivery, installation and decoration is needed prior to November 18, 2026 and must remain until after January 11, 2027. During this period, the awarded vendor is to maintain the light to ensure they are fully functioning throughout the entire illumination period. All materials are to be supplied and maintained by the awarded vendor. The City will not supply any materials needed for this project. The City will not retain ownership of any material.
