The work of this contract includes providing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to, and construction of interior and exterior demolition, replacement, and modification of the Duarte park playground, landscaping, basketball courts, and removal of existing building within the 'limit of work' area, and associated site work for grading, utilities and accessibility improvements.
