Lake Mead Guided Water Tours, Food, and Retail Concession

As revised by Amendment No. 1 to this Prospectus, any proposal must be received via email by the Commercial Services Office by 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on January 21, 2027 , in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the concession contract. Any interested party must submit their Notice of Intent to Propose no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on January 7, 2027 . The Service stated it would respond to questions about the Prospectus if submitted in writing and received by September 30, 2026. Questions were received in a timely manner.
