Title: SIOP MMDD MACC. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) has a requirement to provide predominantly construction services (design build (DB) and design-bid-build (DBB)) for heavy and civil engineering waterfront facilities as well as commercial and institutional facilities primarily in support of the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) Multi-Mission Dry Dock (MMDD) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), located at Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) Bremerton, Washington and other areas under the cognizance of NAVFAC Pacific.
