The City for Myrtle Beach is receiving bids for asphalt resurfacing of various streets throughout the City. There will be approximately 163,750 SY’s of Paving and 163,750 SY’s of Milling (Schedule A) and 162,800 SY’s of Paving and 162,800 SY’s of Milling (Schedule B). Asphalt shall be compacted to a thickness of 1.5” to 2”, and Milling shall be at a depth of 1.5” to 2.5”. All roads listed in the bid schedule should be complete by November, 3rd 2027. All road markings shall be thermoplastic and match current road markings. Temporary paint should be used for road markings after paving until thermoplastic can be installed.
