The Hamilton County Board of Commissioners (the “County”) invites Statement of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified Architectural/Engineering (“A/E”) firms to provide engineering and design services for the Roadway and Levee Repair Project (“Project”) located at 7925 E. 160 th st., Noblesville, IN 46062. This RFQ will use a qualifications-based selection method that is consistent with 2 CFR § 200.320(b)(2)(iv) and applicable Federal Emergency Management Administration (“FEMA”) requirements.
