INTRODUCTION The County of Peoria is currently accepting bids from qualified vendors for Bid #05-10-26 Gutter Replacement. PRE-BID MEETING A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Peoria County Highway Office, 6915 W. Plank Rd., Peoria IL 61604. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory but recommended to become familiar with the project. PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT This project is a Public Works Project and will be subject to Prevailing Wage Act. Please see "General Instructions to Bidders" for details.
