Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers Subscription Renewal

The NASA Shared Services Center hereby formally announces the intent to award a sole source firm–fixed price blanket purchase agrement on a sole source basis to Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers Inc, (IEEE) for agency-wide access to the IEEE subscription services for journals and research papers. The Period of Performance for this requirement is a five-year Ordering period; with an anticipated award date of January 1, 2027.
