Base Bid A includes monthly on-site preventive maintenance, annual safety test labor, annual licensed inspection and witnessing, statutory filing and certificate administration, routine consumables, service records, and scheduled travel. Corrective repairs and callbacks are separately priced unless included in accepted Alternate B. Required multi-year tests are priced separately by unit and are ordered when due; they are not duplicated in the annual base price. Certificate fees are separately stated at actual government cost without markup. State inspection fees and private inspector charges shall not both be billed for the same inspection.
