Landfill Gas Beneficial Use Project NMLF

The City invites proposals from qualified developers to finance, design, permit, construct, own, operate, maintain, and ultimately decommission a landfill gas beneficial use project at the North Montgomery Landfill. The City seeks a technically reliable and financially sustainable project that maximizes beneficial use of recoverable LFG while preserving landfill operations, regulatory compliance, public safety, and the City’s long-term flexibility.
