Separate sealed Bids for the City of Johnson City Water and Sewer Services Department, WATER MAIN UPGRADES – 2009 WATER PRESSURE ZONE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, will be received by the City of Johnson City at the Purchasing Department, 209 Water Street, Johnson City, TN 37601 until 2:00 PM, local time, on November 24, 2026. Bids may be mailed or dropped off at the Purchasing Department prior to the bid opening. Bids received after that time will not be considered.
