Publication of Legal Notices

Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from newspaper companies, qualified under Colorado Revised Statute (C.R.S.) 24-70-103, for the provision of the publishing of the County’s privately and publicly funded legal notices, on an as-needed basis, for the period of one (1) year, beginning approximately January 1, 2027 to and including December 31, 2027. Douglas County reserves the right to enter into a contract with multiple newspapers for separate components of the County’s publishing needs but not others (less than all).
