Comprehensive English as a New Language Stand-Alone Curriculum for Grades 9-12

The Rochester City School District (RCSD) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, evidence-based English as a New Language (ENL) standalone curriculum for grades 9-12. The selected curriculum will serve as the foundation for ENL instruction across RCSD secondary buildings and will support entering and emerging English Language Learners (ELL), including Newcomers, Students with Interrupted Formal Education (SIFE), and students with diverse learning needs.
