The Department of Transportation and United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) has a need to award a Single-Award IDIQ in accordance with RFO Part 16 and 15 for Medical, Dental, Counseling, pharmacy, equipment services for the Midshipmen, USMMA. It is a full and open competition under NAICS code 621399 and PSC code Q201. All Offerors must have the NAICS code and PSC code in their SAM registration Reps and certifications prior to the close of the RFP.
