Scope of Work: GENERAL One site visit will be scheduled to allow subcontractors to visit the site. No additional site visits will be scheduled. FINAL CLEANING Clean interior/exterior millwork, interior/exterior windows, doors, door hardware, floors, walls, toilet accessories, equipment, plumbing fixtures, exposed ductwork, light fixtures, etc. Full time supervision required. DEMOLITION Selective demolition per the plans and specifications. Remove all demolition debris from the site. Removal of all floor covering(s) including mastic.
