AFP - Lease of Vacant, Undeveloped Land in Exploration Park at Kennedy Space Center

This Announcement for Proposals (AFP) solicits proposals for the lease of land adjacent to Space Commerce Way (SCW) in Exploration Park at Kennedy Space Center, specifically SCW Parcel 3 and SCW Parcel 4 (the “Property”). The Property can be leased in whole or in part. The Property in Exhibit A-Graphical Descriptions, is located within the boundaries of KSC. SCW Parcel 3 is approximately 40 acres where access would stem off Space Commerce Way. The Property can accommodate multiple users performing concurrent, discrete activities.
