The Town of West Springfield, through its Central Maintenance Department, is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the building of a pre-engineered building to be built in conjunction with the Improvements to Mittineague Park, East Entrance project. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project.
