Demolition Package #1-27

The demolition package contains forty-six (46) structures. The City presumes that forty-four (44) structures contain asbestos. The contractor must perform controlled demolition with asbestos in place, in compliance with New York State Industrial Code Rule 56 - Controlled Demolition with Asbestos in Place. The two (2) remaining structures contain no asbestos and shall be demolished accordingly.
