The State of Connecticut, represented by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to establish and operate at least one and a maximum of two Regional Infectious Services Enhancement (RISE) Hub within each of Connecticut's five DMHAS service regions.
