General Contractors are required to prequalify prior to requesting Bid Documents: Pre-Qual date is 10/14 before 12 NOON (central time) All Prequalified Bidders are required to attend a mandatory, in-person, pre-bid conference at 10:00 A.M. on October 20, 2026. Project posted on the AGC of East Tennessee online planroom by Ward Scott Architecture, Inc.. Pre-bid meeting: 10/20/26 10:00am CDT. Plans and specifications are available from the planroom (account required to download; printed sets are sold).
