Water, Street & Drainage Improvements - W Phillipsburg Phase 2

The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the proposed Water, Street & Drainage Improvements to serve the West Phillipsburg Community Phase 2 as shown on the construction drawings. In general, construction consists of +/- 3,600 linear feet of twenty-foot-wide urban roadway including curb and gutter, storm drainage pipe and boxes, base and asphalt, +/- 1,230 linear feet of 2-inch PVC water main replacement with the transfer of existing water services, fire hydrants, etc., and all associated measures for the complete project.
