The Morris County Park Commission (MCPC) requests bids ONLY from Licensed Contractors with Spray Foam Insulation Certification to apply Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation to all existing basement floor joist cavities, attic rafter cavities and gable end attic walls at the Great Swamp Education Center located at 247 Southern Blvd. in Chatham New Jersey.
