The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is requesting written proposals from qualified firms(s) to develop high-level, illustrative conceptual design plans for Collard Street from Lancaster Avenue to Avenue A near Texas Wesleyan University (TWU) in Fort Worth.
