Purpose of RFP. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified firm or individual consultant to serve as Project Manager for Alliance Establishment and Governance under the LIFT Initiative for the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN) of the University of Utah, hereafter referred to as the "University," on behalf of the Utah Telehealth Alliance Steering Committee ("the Committee"), as part of Utah’s Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).
