The construction will include metal roof top & at-grade screens for mechanical equipment, metal cooling tower access platforms, a metal free standing trellis and guardrails on the south loading dock. A major component of this construction project is schedule management and coordination with the Mines academic calendar as the building is currently occupied by 800 students. The metal components may be fabricated off-site and then placed with the least amount of disruption as possible, these construction details and final schedule are to be coordinated with the team once project is awarded.
