Building Envelope Leak Repairs - School of Mines

Colorado School of Mines (Mines) is seeking Architect/Engineer qualifications for a Capital Maintenance (CM) project on campus at the Green Center to replace/repair the exterior entry deck. The exterior entry deck on the main level of the building is over 30 years old, and it is beyond its useful life. This project will replace the deck and repair damage to the interior of the building.
