The City of Brighton seeks the proposal of qualified Respondents to provide carpentry and other related handyman-type construction services that may include but are not limited to the following: wood and steel stud framing, siding, window and door installation, finish work, painting, ceilings (both open and tile), flooring, structural demolition, and cabinet building and/or installation on an on call/as needed basis.
