The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health (Department) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposal (Solicitation) from qualified Vendors to design, facilitate, and deliver targeted improvement training activities for Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) measures for New Hampshire Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs).
