The City is seeking qualified and responsible consultants to provide Retail Recruitment and Attraction Services. The selected consultant will provide economic development consulting services to support the City’s efforts to attract new businesses, encourage the expansion and retention of existing businesses, and strengthen Palmdale’s retail and commercial environment.
