Cancer Survivorship Evaluation

Overview Summary The aim of this project is to evaluate the effectiveness, reach, and impact of cancer survivorship programs and interventions supported by the Comprehensive Cancer Control Program. This evaluation will assess the extent to which survivorship initiatives improve the quality of life, health outcomes, and access to support services for cancer survivors. The project will identify gaps, barriers, and strengths in survivorship care delivery, with a focus on equity, sustainability, and alignment with the goals of the state’s Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan or program workplan.
