The Government is conducting market research to identify capable small-business sources with the expertise, capabilities, and relevant experience to provide technical manual development and revision, technical data management, configuration management support, engineering support services, and AC-130J-only provisioning support for Special Operations Forces (SOF) C-130 aircraft (AC, MC, and HC).
