The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish one or more term contracts through competitive negotiations for the procurement of professional design services (architectural and engineering, planning, interior design, landscape architecture, and construction administration services) for Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT), a department of the City of Charlottesville. The term contract(s) will include project types such as those listed herein.
