54th Avenue N Roadway Improvements from 49th Street N to 34th Street N (PID 003882A)

The overall objective of this document is to describe the services and responsibilities of the CONSULTANT for developing plans, specifications, estimates, and performing all other professional engineering work for the project. The work consists of an urban typical section with four 11’ (eleven foot) travel lanes separated by an 11’ (eleven foot) center two-way left turn lane and mid-block crossing equipped with Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB’s).
