WA253 - Emergency Power Study (Water Facilities) & Design Services for Emergency Power at Benson

The City of Chino (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct an Emergency Power Study for eight City-owned water facilities and provide complete design, permitting, bid-support services for the Benson Site Emergency Power Backup Generator Project. Phase 1 will evaluate the City’s emergency-power needs and develop a coordinated backup-power strategy addressing facility loads, operational priorities, system reliability, maintenance, power restoration, and feasible technologies.
