Windy Pine Drainage Improvements

The Windy Pine Drainage Improvements project includes the removal and disposal of existing grass, weeds, and concrete at the existing culvert outfall to facilitate the installation of 924 square feet of Armorflex Articulated Block and geotextile fabric over specified bedding materials, as well as turf reinforcement mats to mitigate erosion below the outfall, above the culvert and along the upstream ditch.
